The point of the joke was that they were for men, but if there are women who want them, I think I can make that happen. (On a woman it’s a different joke… or a blatant refusal to be cowed or marginalized, which is always a thing I can get behind.)

So is this a thing I should do, ladies’ cuts?

Yes, absolutely! I was about to pick up one of the men’s shirts, but I would much rather have it in a woman’s size. It is a different joke, but it’s a great joke, and one hell of a statement.

Especially if I wear it at work, hey-ohhh!

Hello there tumblr! If you happen to be going to Heroes Con this year, please join us at the first annual Heroes Con Tumblr meetup! YAY!!! Whether you are a member of the Carol Corps, a fan of MCU, LoTR, Supernatural, a Whovian, etc, you are invited! (No fandom is excluded so please be respectful of other people’s fandoms).

The meetup will take place Friday, June 7th at 7:30 pm at Fuel Pizza (Fuel is located directly across from the convention center). This way we can all hang out without missing any convention fun stuff, and if anyone is in the Charlotte area but isn’t going to the con they can come too

So please rebagel, and if you plan to attend the meetup please send me an ask so I have an idea of how many people are coming! The tag is #Heroes Con Meetup so follow it for updates!

EDIT: Ok so based on the interest in the meetup and the fact that there will be a Carol Corps panel (and there is a lot of crossover there), we’re just going to do the Friday evening. meetup. Two meetups is a lot to plan and it sounded like the most interest was in that one anyway. Since there’s also everything else happening at the con, it seems like the best idea to do the Friday evening one. I hope no one feels excluded, I tried to gauge interest and see what works best for the most people, and I know that not all of you are Carol Corps people so I don’t mean to make anyone feel excluded at all, but this seems to work out the best. And the Friday meetup is fandom inclusive of course, so it doesn’t matter what fandoms you follow, you are totally welcome! (I still encourage y’all to check out the Carol Corps panel though because it’s going to be awesome!)
