Neville Longbottom: Tell us an embarrassing story.
Oh god okay. When I landed in LAX when I moved to America, after a 14 hour flight, I was SO BUSTED TIRED. I was exhausted and stressed and nervous and anxious. I went to the bathroom and put my purse down on what I didn’t know was an automatic trash can, which triggered the lid and the damn thing shot my purse across the room.
I was SO TIRED and everything was SO DIFFERENT and it was the first time I had ever traveled that far, without my parents, that I just broke down and started crying. This really sweet woman asked me what was wrong, and I told her all about coming to America alone, and meeting my girlfriend for the first time, and I cried and cried. She took me to Haagen Das and got me ice cream and made sure I was okay, and I wish I could remember her name. It was my first impression of America, and also very embarrasing :)
