Aw yeah, 16%, bby.
Hellz yeah, the only one above you is my girlfriend.
Is cool, I can share.
Okay, so creepy Facebook guy looks like someone who would drive a windowless van. I kind of hope he doesn’t make it to the Midsummer cookout and blot because god, he’s such a fucking CREEPER.
You need me to human crock-pot someone for you, baby girl?
Because it got spread out on several threads…
I screwed up and got called on it and the posters are right, right, right and I was wrong, wrong, wrong.
In a post about Tremor, a Bengali heroine I created that sadly hasn’t been seen since the new 52, I said that she was ‘asexual by choice.’
She’s a character whose backstory is written, but hasn’t been shown yet. I love her dearly, she’s a great character, but using that phrase is clearly using oppressive language.
Posters have correctly pointed out that asexuality is an orientation, not a ‘choice,’ and they are absolutely right, just sheer thoughtless language on my part. My apologies to everyone, it won’t happen again, and when Tremor returns, we’ll deal with that head on. She’s a terrific character and the comments here will only make her better. So, you have my thanks. Once again, I owe Tumblr for some extra and much-needed awareness.
Simply put, I screwed up.
And Gail Simone continues to be an example of how all popular writers in charge of delicate subjects should act. Pay attention, people.

Rating: TAuthor’s Summary: This is a story about Phil Coulson and how he became the man he is today but, mostly, this is a story about Phil Coulson’s mother.
Notes: A quiet, perfect mood for a quiet, perfect man and his family. Relationships in this are little more than afterthought, but that’s precisely why it works; because this is about family and becoming, and those are things Phil Coulson understands.
She is bold, confident and not afraid to be herself. That makes her truly sexy.
She is badass. With a sense of humor.
And lastly,
She is inspiring.
